Online Support – Production

Jag arbetar som en form av hybrid mellan support och produktion. Syftet med det jag gör är att genomföra och effektivisera flödet mellan säljare och produktionen, samt se till att alla de ordrar som kommer in blir gjorda i tid och rätt. Ibland hjälper jag även kunder att ta fram grafiska korrektur och designa deras ID-kort.  

Det jag gillar mest med Seriline är att alla här har ett bra driv och drar sitt strå till stacken.
